His tenure at TomTom International BV saw him overseeing the development of multiple generations of GPS devices and professional-grade products, including the renowned TomTom BRIDGE.
Mark’s ability to manage teams and engineer complex systems, whether for low- or high-volume production, ensures that every product meets the highest standards of quality and innovation.
Chris Desjardins
With a rich background in embedded firmware implementations, Chris specializes in architecture, security, design, and coding, bringing innovative solutions to a wide array of industries.
At TomTom International BV, Chris contributed to multiple generations of the renowned GPS devices, accessories, and professional products like the TomTom BRIDGE, enhancing both consumer and professional experiences.
Chris’ experience extends across diverse fields, including micro-mobility (Dott), cutting-edge particle detectors (CERN), and telecommunications, where he engineered fully redundant fault-tolerant systems. Chris has worked with bare metal systems, RTOS, Linux, Android, device drivers, DSP, and beyond, also having gained experience with hands-on expertise in test automation, LTE, GNSS, FPGA, and CPLD technologies.
As a Software Architect & Technical Lead, Chris not only ensure optimal software design and integration but also lead teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.
